Terms and conditions of supplies The Saint-Petersburg Paper Mill of Goznak has its own warehouse. If a product you order is in stock, you will be rendered a prepayment account according to the order. During the period of validity of the order, the product will be reserved for the purchaser. If the product you order is not in stock, we will accept an order and manufacture the product according to the request. The minimum quantity, format, color, and time for delivering the order is agreed upon between the purchaser and the Sales Department. The prepayment account is the proof of purchase and signifies the beginning of the manufacture process. We conclude an agreement with the client. The terms and conditions of the agreement vary from one client to another. We have a flexible discount system that depends on the volume of order. To place an order, the purchaser must fill out a request form that should contain the following information: Information about the client: - Organization; - Legal address; - Mailing address; - Contact information (CEO, chief accountant, contact person, phone, email); - Purchaser (organization, legal address). Order: - Type of paper; - Format; - Weight; - Quantity; - Packaging; - Delivery terms. Orders must be sent to the mill by fax, email, telegraph, regular mail, or courier delivery. The products will be shipped after the money has been transferred to the mill’s account or according to the agreement. We ship using the purchaser’s transportation, railroad container cars, and goods wagons, with shipping and handling expenses paid by the purchaser. Within St. Petersburg, we ship using our transportation, with shipping and handling expenses paid by the purchaser. Each batch has a quality certificate. Industrial paper has the necessary sanitary and epidemiological resolutions, which may be presented upon request. We ship daily, except weekends and holidays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
