Nogin Cultural Center of the Saint-Petersburg Paper Mill of Goznak was built in 1903 as a theater and club for workers and clerks of the factory. The factory’s manager, prince Boris Golitsyn, initiated the construction. The Cultural Center has the following facilities:
- a concert hall accommodating 400 people;
- a movie auditorium accommodating 100 people;
- spacious foyers that can be used for organizing exhibitions;
- choreography and study classes;
- a café The Center has the following courses for children and adults:

• Belly Dancing (for beginners) (ages 18 and up)
• “Joy!” The Bioenergy Club (for pensioners) For pre-school and schoolchildren we offer the following film series: “A Box of Wonders”— folk tales from around the world; “Animal World”; “Toonland”; and “In the World of SciFi and Adventures.” For adults, we offer an Indian movie club. The Cultural Center organizes and holds conferences, meetings, festivals, concerts, film festivals, evenings, seminars, etc.
